The world can be a very loud place. The internet, television, books, newspapers whatever all play a part in our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Information overload starts to take it's course and before you know it you're drowning in a sea of "do this" and "don't do that". But taking a step back and silencing yourself can be a very powerful move and can help to un-clutter your mind. Strengthen the relationship with your heart first, listen to it, and follow it no matter what. All other voices of the world in the form of books, blogs, or Facebook statuses should not come before the voice of your heart.
